FEST POLICIES
& CODE OF CONDUCT
To co-create a safe, sacred, and soul-nourishing experience for all, we ask every guest, vendor, artist, and participant to honor the following guidelines:
1. Age Requirement
This is an 18+ event only. No minors or children will be allowed entry.
Guests must be 21+ to access or consume any THC or CBD products on site. IDs will be checked — no exceptions.
2. No Outside Food or Drink
Leave the picnic baskets and coolers at home! We've got you covered with on-site wellness food vendors, refreshments, a tea & CBD bar, and nourishing delights. Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or coolers are not allowed.
3. Ticket Policy
All ticket and vendor sales are final.
No refunds will be issued — however, tickets and booths are transferable if you can no longer attend. Simply email us with the new guest’s name at least 48 hours before the event.
4. Respect for the Space
Please respect the land, venue, and those holding sacred space.
Pick up after yourself. Recycle when possible. Treat the environment and every soul with honor and care.
5. Code of Conduct
We hold a zero-tolerance policy for:
-
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind
-
Non-consensual touch or unwanted advances
-
Aggressive or disrespectful language or energy
-
Any behavior that compromises the emotional, physical, or spiritual safety of others
-
This is a conscious, co-created space
If you witness or experience behavior that violates our values, notify a team member or festival staff immediately.
6. Substance Use
This is a mindful wellness event. If consuming legal cannabis products, please do so respectfully and in designated areas.
Absolutely no underage consumption of alcohol, THC, or CBD.
Illicit substances or misuse of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event.
7. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for marketing, recap, or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be filmed, simply let our media team know — we will absolutely honor your privacy.
8. Community Vibe
Goddess Fest is built on inclusivity, diversity, and unity. All gender identities, backgrounds, and body types are welcome.
Bring your whole self. Come as you are. Express yourself fully, and hold space for others to do the same.
9. Wellness & Consent
Whether it's dancing, hugging, or energy work—consent is everything.
If you're unsure, ask. If someone says no, respect it fully.
This is a space of empowered embodiment, not pressure.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these policies or creates an unsafe environment for others.
Thank you for helping us keep this festival a safe, vibrant, and sacred experience.
