TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
By attending this event, you acknowledge that your participation in any and all activities — including but not limited to dance, yoga, sound baths, cold plunges, massage therapy, workshops, or interaction with cannabis/CBD products — is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

You agree to release, waive, and discharge The Goddess Fest, its organizers, facilitators, vendors, speakers, performers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness, theft, property damage, or loss — whether caused by negligence or otherwise — before, during, or after the event.

2. Wellness & Medical Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for knowing their physical, emotional, and medical limitations.
Please consult your physician before participating in physical or holistic activities.
The Goddess Fest does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or emergency medical services.

3. Photo & Video Release
By entering the event premises, you grant The Goddess Fest and its affiliates the absolute right and unrestricted permission to capture, use, and publish photos, video, and audio recordings of you taken during the event.

These materials may be used in promotional materials, on websites, social media, press, and for other lawful purposes. You understand that all media is the property of The Goddess Fest and that no compensation will be provided for use of your likeness. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, notify the media team upon check-in, and we will make every effort to honor your request.

4. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
There will be absolutely no refunds issued for any reason, including but not limited to: inclement weather, natural disasters, illness (including COVID-19 or other medical emergencies), scheduling conflicts, travel delays, acts of God, or force majeure events. This policy applies to general admission, VIP, vendor, and sponsor tickets or packages.

However, tickets are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying our team in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. Please include the new attendee’s full name and email.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this strict no-refund policy and accept all terms stated above.

5. Respectful Participation
By attending, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Any violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Substance Use Policy

Attendees must be 21+ to access or consume THC and CBD products. IDs will be checked.
No illicit substances or unauthorized alcohol allowed on site.
Any misuse or illegal activity will lead to removal and possible legal action.

7. Changes or Cancellations
The Goddess Fest reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel the event or any of its offerings due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public health guidelines, or other emergencies).

In such cases, ticket transfers or credit toward a future event may be offered at our discretion.

8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or participating in any activity related to The Goddess Fest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
